REMBRANDT is avaliable on a .tar.gz package on Google Code's Rembrandt project page, which includes a jar file, the API documentation and the source code. REMBRANDT's latest version is 1.3beta1-with-deps, and it requires Java 1.6.
REMBRANDT was developed in Linux / MacOS X, but it should work on other exotic operative systems (such as Windows).
